Your Brazilian Passport can only be renewed if ALL the following conditions are met:

You still have your Brazilian Passport in your possession.
Your Brazilian Passport is undamaged

Instructions:

Complete, sign passport renewal application form online (print and notarize)
Two passport photos. 2" x 2" white background. (Photo service is available at our office)
Brazilian ID (orginal or notarized copy)
A notarized copy of Drivers License
