Requirements to Expedite New Passport Application or Passport Renewal

Your Passport will be valid for ten years. Upon expiration, you will have to obtain a new passport. If you would like for us to hand-carry your passport to the Embassy of United Kingdom in Washington DC, please send us the following:

Application form C1 for age 16 and over
Application form C2 for Children Under Age 16
Application form for lost Passport, form C1 for adult

Two recent color Passport photo (2" x 2"), front view, teeth can not be shown in photograph, no smiling.

Note : The person who counter signed the application must countersign one photograph. A notary public or a relative or a housewife is not acceptable as a counter-signatory.

Complete AA Passport and visas service order form
Proof of UK Citizenship. Old Passport (for passport renewal) OR Original Birth UK Certificate
Copy of US permanent resident card, US visa, or US passport
If applicable, original marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order to reflect name change
Letter of Consent - Applicants aged between 16 and 18 must have written parental consent for the issue of a new passport.
